The Stand Alone Pointing Tool has a self contained A/C power source and can be made to accept cable up to 0.250 inch (6.35mm) in diameter.  This device comes with a Standard Pointing Tool that is manufactured to customer specified cable diameters up to 0.250 inch (6.35mm) OD and to a specific center conductor length.  The Stand Alone Tool can also be configured with a Universal Pointing Tool that will accept any cable diameter up to 0.250 inch (6.35mm) OD.  However, with this tool the length of the center conductor cannot be reduced by pointing.
